9" Wrought iron clad 80crv2 chef

This is a 9" wrought iron clad 80crv2 core San Mai chef. It has a beautiful stabilized desert willow burl handle with black micarta bolster. Wrought iron does require special attention. It must be wash and dried immediately and even wiping off while cutting wet meats and veggies.  Frequent waxing between use will greatly help keep up the wrought.
